As an Export Staff, you will be involved in various aspects of export operations, including market research, customer relationship management, order processing, and compliance with international trade regulations. You will work closely with our sales team, suppliers, and international partners to ensure smooth and efficient export processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and expand export operations for FMCG products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new export opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and customers.
• Process and manage export orders, including documentation and compliance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyze export performance and provide reports to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in international trade.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with export management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
